Adventure Cove + Max Brenner Chocolate Bar

Suppp!!! As i said in the previous post, 'm gonna talk about Adventure Cove and..... definitely Max Brenner Chocolate Bar, 'll get there at the end of it! Haha!

Speaking about this, we've been planning this for... god knows how long. I think since March? And we're all looking forward to our last papers, apparently Aisyah and me was more excited, praying hard our last paper come faster, cos our trip down to Adventure Cove is on 14th May, and both our last paper is 10th May. U get what i mean? Like yknowwww... i can't even put in proper words now, argh!!!

SO FINALLY, 14TH MAY CAME, AND TADAHHHHHHHH~~~ Dumb me didn't sleep a wink the previous night, i was up all night spammed watching all my dramas. :/ I totally regretted it can, went for a jog to prevent myself falling asleep. Was back at around 815am, and headed for a shower after i cooled down. Took NEL down to Harbourfront (duh?), and i fell asleep in train, till the train rebounded. OHGOD THAT'S SO STUPIDDDDDDD! Skip this part.

Met them, and went straight to ADVENTURE COVE WATERPARK!!! *screamsssssssssssssssssssssssssss*

Bought 3 tix only, cos Angie have 2 free entrance tix. But was told by the staff that all rides are suspended, due to the weather, but we still can enter and take a risk, so we just went ahead.

Changed and left our stuffs inside locker and went for our first ride!!

Was going around the adventure river thingy, wasn't really that fun, but we're just trying to navigate ourselves around and get familiar w the place.

Half way through the adventure river thingy, went straight for snorkeling (Rainbow Reef). It was the first try, and it's kinda rush. We didn't wear the goggles and the oxygen tube really properly, and we're all trying to get help the moment we went in for like 30secs, LOL. And mind you, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SWIM. Okay, i didn't swam for like 12 years, maybe that explain why. Rusted alrdy.

Skip ahead to Bluwater Bay, it's like a giant wave pool, and it will have HUGE WAVE coming towards you, and you're like going up and down and up and down. IT'S SUPER FUN!!!!

Almost everything, we tried once and got suspended, know why? Cos of the weather. So some of the time we're laying around by the sandbag, the benches and stuffs, chatting.

Once the skies r clear, we went for the thrilling rides!

Pipeline Plunge was first, followed by Tidal Twister and both i paired up w Bingmay! Was pretty irritating, cos i was telling my girls "Scream ah, scream, no matter what just scream! You come here to enjoy, just scream even if not scary"

The one on the left SHOULD BE the Pipeline Plunge and then the right one is Tidal Twister.

If you were to compare this two, Pipeline Plunge is faster according to the staff over there.

Srsly, it's not scary. NOT EVEN A SINGLE BIT OF SCARY, and plus point, it gave u adrenaline rush! SHIOK BO!!!!!!!!

Headed off to queue up for Riptide Rocket, AND IT'S THE BEST RIDE EVER COMPARED TO THE REST!!! I super in love w this ride, know why? Cos there's 3 "Up and down" slope, and the rush was like WOOHOOOO!!! Even the "boat" we sat on, it's also different from the rest!!
But the Q is madness, plus the staff hafta occasionally stop the ppl in line, and pump the float.

This is the Riptide Rocket ride, there's a rubber "belt" on the ride to bring us up to the top, before going down the slide. It's super shiok!! I SWEAR!!! Aisyah skipped this ride, cos she cannot take adrenaline rush well, and she've sea sick, if there's too much "Up and down".

See our Angiegirl very happy hor, so super duper happpppy~ LOL.

I can't rmbr which ride we went ahead, but there's 3 of these ride we've tried!

This is the Spiral Washout, not much of the fun part, but this is the open area, when your float just swayed to the rightmost, and tend to slow down a little before continuing the slides!

Went back to Snorkeling, cos Nad, Angie and Bm wanna tried out again. Aisyah and me gave it a pass, cos i really can't swim... and i don't wanna risk too. :)

Can see Angie and Bm really struggling their way through, but well done girls... u girls did it, and yay to Nad for being able to led them through safely! Woohoo~

Went down and sit by the Adventure River while waiting for three of them to finish Snorkeling.

Basically, these are all the rides we took... TBH and IMO, Adventure Cove... just went in once will do, spend the money, go in and experience and enjoy it, and i guess that's it? Not much rides also, plus 'm not a very water person, so once will do... Have no plans going back the second time, unless maybe they expanded it and have more rides? Otherwise, i doubt so... :)

It's really a great experience guys, and THERE'S SNORKELING!!!! That's the main part i guess? Snorkeling outside can be really expensive, but with a admission fee of $29, you can snorkel as many times as you want (if you don't mind the queue), and take all the rides, and get a suntan, why not right?

Anyhoo, went over to Raybay to look @ people feeding all the Stingrays, OMGAH THEY'RE SO CUTE CAN!!!

Went for the last round of Bluwater Bay before the park close, got chase off by the lifeguard, and we gotta suck thumb and went to washup. The washroom by the entrance/exit HAVE TONNES OF PPL WAITING TO WASHUP, so best choice, take your stuffs from locker... And PLEASE HEAD OVER TO the bathroom AT THE BAY RESTAURANT!!! There's no ppl there, we're all taking our own sweet time to wash up, and we took like 1 hour plus? Until the staff came in, and informed us that the park is closed, and we hafta leave.

Rushed, and all the staffs, and security guards followed behind us, LIKE ESCORTING US! Like a sat-ki right. (ok lame)
Half way through, a security guard, asked us whether we wanna see dolphins or not, so yay... WE WENT TO WATCHED THE DOLPHINS! Cos when the park is open. the dolphin bays r closed all the while, i think the dolphins might be @ some other parks? Like Pink Dolphin Lagoon?! Or maybe S.E.A Aquarium or sth? No idea, just wild guess!!

Yayzzz to the staffs there for allowing us to stay and take photos of the dolphins before escorting us out AGAIN.

Have a last group shot with the Adventure Cove logo (cos i insisted), and the security guard was like... "Alright, alright, you girls ah...."

Headed back to Vivocity, and have our dinner!!! And before that, we went to take photo w the Universal Studio Singapore Globe as well, but the photos just suck balls la. But still, i gna post it anyw! hahahaha

Suggested Max Brenner Chocolate Bar, cos the last time i went was w C to meet his primary school mates, and it really seems nice... And 'm a total sucker for sweet stuffs, and chocolates. The name says it all, CHOCOLATE BAR YKNOW!!!

So here we're @ Max Brenner Chocolate Bar!

Recommend them to try the Chocolate Pizza, since it seems like a must-try! And C's friends ordered it that time too!!

Tried out the Chocolate Chunk Pizza, it's with Milk Chocolate, Marshmellow, Banana and Peanut Butter!

 Not a huge fan of Peanut Butter, but this is really not bad!!! Dayumssss~

Nad also ordered Hot Chocolate, AND IT'S DA BOMBZZZZZ!!! SUPERB!!

Aisyah and Angie were craving for Fondue, so we ordered it too! And it came w Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and Sea Salt Caramel sauce! :) Just nice for 4 of us, cos Nad gave it a pass on this.

To me, Max Brenner is like a 8/10 to me la. Chocolate lover and sweet tooth ppl, PLEASE DO AND TRY OKAY!!!! :D

And best part, chocolate is filling enough yknow! ;) Dinner settled!! Hahahaha!

Went to Cotton On Megastore to walk around, and bought a spag top back, it's like 50% off, cos 've two awesome gf working for CO, and it's like 50% staff discount!! hahahahah yayhoo~ and thanks Angie! <3 p="">
Took train back, and i concussed in train all the way to Hougang from Dhoby Ghaut after they alighted. 'm so so so so so shagged out, and i didn't sleep a single wink the previous night rmbr!?

Went home, bathe again and went to bed straight. Adventure Cove really suck my strength away.
Gna head down to Siloso in June w my girls again. #summer2013challenge!!!
